Why do you charge candidates ?
AYC billing structure is very different to traditional recruitment agencies, we prefer to charge a small fee and give you personalized attention.
Do I need experience to find a job ?
Generally Yes, Most employers who use our service are seeking qualified and experienced crew. Entry level positions are best sourced through word of mouth, dock walking or very rarely, depending on the requirements, through an agency
